Schwab large-scale land levelling machine

We have been using this machine for over 15 years. It is the only true levelling machine in the world which can be used to level large areas for seeding quickly and in a way that does not damage the soil. The Schwab large-scale land levelling machine is suitable for all producers of rolled turf, golf-course constructors and landscape gardeners who have large areas which need levelling.

The machine consists of six different tools which can all be adjusted individually:
A corrugated roller is used to re-compact the tilled soil. This is followed by a W-shaped levelling frame, which will remove any tractor traces as well as clearing a certain amount of loose material. Then a cultivator loosens the topsoil layer again; an adjustable plate is used to smooth it over, another corrugated roller re-compacts it and finally a harroweeder leaves a crumbly level surface which is ready for seeding.

The machine has a working width of 3.60 m or 2.70 m when ready for transport and longitudinal towing. It requires an 80 horsepower tractor as towing vehicle.

With the Schwab large-scale land levelling machine tilled land can be transformed with just two operations into a levelled area which is compacted and subsidence-free and ready for seeding.
